MLGX- MULTI-ROLLER LINEAR GUIDE

Lift Assist Hinges HG-PA series

Sugatsune designs lift-assist hinges engineered to open and close heavy lids with minimal effort. These hinges feature adjustable spring tension for precise control.

POWER ASSIST HINGE(HG-PA182-9)

This power assist hinge makes opening lids and doors effortless.
It’s surface-mounted to save space inside your application and includes a soft-closing function to prevent slamming.
Torque is adjustable (±11%), making it a great choice for medical and machine equipment.

POWER ASSIST HINGE(HG-PA210-9)
This power assist hinge is designed to reduce the effort needed to open lids or doors.                    It features an internal under-mounted design for a clean look and space efficiency. The hinge includes a soft-closing function and torque adjustment of ±11% for smooth and controlled operation. Additionally, it offers two optional opening angles of 55° or 80°, providing flexibility for various applications.

The 152 FT Push Lock Fastener, features a flush locking design that prevents accidental unlocking, and only a pointed object can be used to unlock the lock. In this way, the locking piece stays in the panel even when the panel is unlocked. 152 FT Push Lock Fastener is made of Stainless Steel, suitable for corrosive environments.
