Lapcon HG-JV65-U-LGR Hinge Specifications

These concealed soft close hinges are light gray to aid with their concealment. They are:

• Intended to be used in pairs or triplets only.
• Fully concealed from view when the door is closed.
• Sold in boxes of 10 or cartons of 60.
• RoHS compliant for hazardous substance applications.
• Able to be installed on aluminum frames, such as with machine equipment.
• Certified passed 50,000 open / close operations in a private cycle test.

Operating Range & Performance

• These soft close hinges swing freely from 95° to 35°. We recommend installing an optional stop (not included) at 95° to prevent the door from overextending.
• The damped self-close function kicks in once the door reaches 35° from the closed position, making it easy to ensure secure and complete door closure with minimal effort and precision required by the operator.
• The hinge design features a self-latching function to firmly hold doors closed and prevent gaps, so that machines and personnel may operate without interruption.
• The self-closing speed of the hinge can be easily adjusted by using a size 2.5 hex key.

These concealed soft close hinges support doors up to:

• 700 mm (27–9/16″) in width
• 2400 mm (94–1/2″) in height
• 1.0 – 7.0 kg (2.2 – 15.4 lbs.) in weight when used in pairs
• 7.0 – 12.0 kg (15.4 – 26.4 lbs.) in weight when used in triplets

• Do not use in high-vibration environments.
• Maintain operating temperature between 0° – 40° C (32° – 104° F).
• Do not lubricate hinges.
• Use indoors only.
