What is the difference between aluminum handles with M4 fasteners versus M5?

While there is no functional distinction between the M4 and M5 varieties of aluminum bar pulls, the only physical difference is which fastener is used for each. 

M4 and M5 fasteners differ in their diameter. While both are strong, durable options, M5 fasteners are typically used for more heavy-duty situations where strength is key. M4 is often the choice for medium-duty applications.

Is this aluminum handle NSF-certified?
