- 3D Adjustability: The Sugatsune HES3D 3-way adjustable concealed hinge can be fine-tuned in all three directions (vertical, horizontal, and depth) to create the perfect reveal.
- Flush or Molded Installation: You can install the hinge either flush or with molding. The fit is equally good either way.
- Wide Throw: This is a wide throw concealed hinge. Its long arm allows 3/8” (1 mm) clearance for flush installations or 1/2” (13 mm) clearance for installation with a molding. The door opens to 18° and completely clears the opening, allowing you access to the full width of the doorway.
- Easy to Install & Service: The hinge flanges come apart, allowing you to provisionally hang for making adjustments. This makes installation and future maintenance quick and easy—a Sugatsune hallmark.
- UL Rated: This model is UL rated for 3 hours. (Only the dull nickel, dull chrome, and black finish models are UL rated.)
- Long Service Life: The HES3D-W19 Series adjustable concealed door hinge has successfully completed 3, open/close private cycle tests.
- Replacement Parts: Replacement screw covers for the Sugatsune HES3D 3-way adjustable concealed hinge are available.
- Cover Plate: The cover plate is plastic. (A metal cover plate is available only on the polished nickel model, HES3D-W19PN.)
