Letter to Our Customers

Dear Valued Partner,

The Coronavirus pandemic has created an environment that is constantly changing and one in which we understand everyone is having to adapt to. Sugatsune America’s top priority remains the health and safety of our associates, their families and the support of our communities.

On Thursday, March 19, 2020, the County of Los Angeles declared the “Safer at Home” Emergency order and on March 20th, 2020, the Governor of Illinois issued COVID-19 Executive Order No.8. Under these orders, all non-essential businesses were ordered to close. As hardware stores and those that supply it were deemed as being essential, both our Carson, California and Addison, IL facilities will remain open however, we will be operating with a minimal staff in support of reducing the spreading of the COVID-19 virus. Those associates that can, have been assigned to work from their homes and will continue to be available to support you with anything you need.

We continue to see orders and requests from our clients and will do everything we can to best serve everyone.

We appreciate your support and more importantly, please stay safe and healthy.
